you know your evolution of tuning is very fascinating. When you first started out it was clear that you were trying to find your own style which produced some very lovely moments as you shaped out your sound, as the years went on though, your style of tuning became solidified as you had a very unique way of making the Vocaloids harmonize. it was very pleasant, the way you made them sing with and even against each other. it's a kind of style that only you can replicate. which makes me happy. It's also interesting now because the vocals that you create have that same straightforward style of pitch bend and harmonization, however it's more refined sometimes I'd say it can becoming a bit thin and somewhat flat at times. but nonetheless it's very nice to listen to. I'm still trying to carve out my style. I think with my kind of tuning I almost exaggerate the way that the original person tuned their song. I'm the opposite of you. While you have a very unique sound that stays the same, and is consistent, my sound is very much in tune with what's the creator of that song had the Vocaloid sing like. I don't know if you did end up listening to it but my cover of "In Your Dark" was one that I released I believe 4 months ago. my mixing has gotten better ish? It's still quite a bit to go in terms of mixing. However id say I'm quite proud of it. And id love to share it with you. If you'd like I could also send you the VPR.
